FAU Veteran Owls

The mission of the Veteran Owls at Florida Atlantic University is to empower all military-connected students—veterans, active-duty service members, Guard and Reserve personnel, dependents, and ROTC cadets—through strong leadership, comprehensive support, and an inclusive community built on camaraderie and service.

We are committed to guiding our members through a successful transition into academic life by fostering meaningful peer connections, promoting personal and professional growth, and ensuring access to the resources necessary to thrive. Through active collaboration with the Military & Veteran Student Success Center, Student Veterans of America (SVA), and campus partners, we provide opportunities for mentorship, community engagement, social events, financial and housing guidance, as well as career and educational preparation.

We proudly remain a non-political organization grounded in integrity, service, and lifelong support—creating a united community where every military-connected student can lead, succeed, and belong.
